Citrix Workspace app will automatically replace many previous versions of Citrix Receiver and the Citrix online plug-ins; However, some versions must be removed manually before you can install Citrix Workspace app. There are two ways to access applications on Citrix. One method is to use the Citrix Workspace app (preferred), and the other is to log in to the Citrix webpage. Either option requires Citrix Workspace to be installed.

Symptoms or Error
When launching Citrix Virtual Desktops or Apps, users are prompted with:- 'An Online Application is attempting to access information on a device attached to your computer'.
Solution
- Citrix Studio
- Active Directory Group Policy
Configure the following Citrix Policies:
- Auto Connect Client Drives - Disabled
- Client USB Plug and Play Device Redirection - Prohibited

Problem Cause
This is by design when Client Drive and/or USB redirection policies are enabled. In the event the end users do not select an option that is remembered they will continue to receive said prompts.
Instruct end users how to proceed, or if it is deemed the subset of users do not need these features they can be disabled via policy.

Ive tried looking through previous posts but cant find answer so thought I'd post a question.
Ive started ork for a new place - they allow bring your own pc - I have mine - a standard laptop running Windows 10 - I have 2 monitors connected so 3 screens total - all works great.
Citrix Workspace Online Plugin
The work virtual desktop is via workspace app - i tried reciever but got prompted that there is a newer version available and as i found out that is now workspace app since 2018. So I have that and can log into my virtual desktop at work - but can NOT for all the searching around find a way to extend it to the other 2 windows. I can move the virtual desktop to any of the 3 screens but cant get it to consume any more than the one its on.
