About hyperlinks
Hyperlinks make it easy to navigate between areas in your publication or to access external resources – web pages, or files stored on the reader's local storage. Email addresses can be also linked to, which will launch the reader's email app and set up a message to a specified email address.

It is important to note that not all varieties of PDF support interactive features. Additionally, not all PDF viewers support the full range of interactive features; for example, hyperlinks to files do not work in Apple's Preview app.
About anchors
Affinity Photo Publisher Free
If you want to create a hyperlink to a specific point in your publication, i.e. a specific location in your frame text or artistic text, you can insert an anchor at that point in advance of creating a hyperlink to it. You can't add an anchor to shapes or placed images.
